'Chembu Curry:- Ingredients to Roast & Grind:- 1. Grated Coconut – ½ of a coconut 2. Coriander seeds- 3 tbsp 3. Red chilli – ( 10-12 ) Ingredients to fry:- 1. Oil – 1 tbsp 2. Dry Prawns – 50 gm 3. Salt to taste Ingredients to Saute:- 1. Small Onion 2. Garlic 3. Green chilli – 2 4. Curry leaves 5. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp 6. Grinded ingredients 7. Fried dry prawns 8. Tamarind juice (1 small lemon sized) 9. Chembu (colocasia) & Chembu thal (colocasia stem) Other ingredients: 1.Coconut Oil – 2 tbsp 2. Water as required 3. Salt to taste Preparation:- 1. Roast all the ingredients and grind. Keep it aside. 2. Fry dry prawns and keep it aside. 3. Heat a mud kadayi and pour 2 tbsp of coconut oil. 4. Saute Small onion, garlic, greenchilli and curry leaves and add salt to it. 5. After the ingredients are well sauted add ¼ tsp of turmeric powder and grinded masala. Saute well. 6. When masalas get well sauted add fried dry prawns. Mix well. 7. Now add tamarind juice, sufficient water and salt to it. 8. When it gets boiled add Chembu & Chembu thal to it and mix well. 9.
